We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you received your item to request a return.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
- Underwear and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as edibles), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as condoms and lubes products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items received that are incorrect must not have the packaging opened or tampered with, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient, and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging which are not intact cannot then be returned for an exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund into your account.
Due to the nature of our business (we do not have a physical store and operate mainly by drop shipping). If we receive an order and we cannot source it from one of our several wholesalers that are methodically placed all over the globe, we will order an item as close to your order as we can, this will mean that on the rare ocassion we cannot find the exact item, you will receive a like-for-like item, it will be of the same value or greater than what you purchased. Rest assured we do our absolute best to supply every customer with what they have ordered, but sometimes its just impossible. All of our other policies still apply, and by making any purchase with us you agree to the terms.

Returns without authorisation will not be accepted.
